Adding a Blog Post on your Ecomz Store

In order to inform your clients, diversify your marketing, and improve your SEO, you might want to consider writing or posting blogs to your online store.

■ How to create a blog post

1. To access the blog's page, go to your Admin Menu (on the left)> My Store (1)> Blogs (2).
2. To create a blog, click on "create blog post" (3) in the top right corner of this page.
   
   

■ Write a blog post

Once you click on "create blog", you will be redirected to a new page where you have access to our text editor. 

1. Blog post: You'll have to insert the title, brief description, content, author, tags, and an image if you want.
2. Blog Feedback: you'll give your clients the chance to leave feedback regarding the blog.
3. SEO:  Provide a page title and meta description to improve the SEO results related to this blog.
4. Visibility: Choose whether you want this blog to be visible to the public or not.
5. Blog Category Details: Name a category to place this blog under. 
6. Comments: Give your clients the option to leave comments on this blog.
   
   
   

■ How to show the blog on the public site

1. Navigate to the admin menu (on the left) > My store (1)> Themes (2).
2. Press on Customize themes.
3. Press on Homepage layout located on the right side of the screen. 
   
4. Press on add section.
   
5. Choose blog post > add.
   
6. Fill out the details and choose the category of the blog post then press Save.
   
   

■ How it appears on the public site

Once the website is opened, scroll down to the bottom in order to view the blog posts!!
