Integrating WhatsApp on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support November 25, 2021 19:50 Updated "WhatsApp" is a feature, offered by Ecomz, that can be found in the App Store. There's nothing better than engaging with your customers! By activating Ecomz WhatsApp feature for 5.00 USD/Month, you can integrate WhatsApp with your online store to increase your reach and ease up the e-commerce experience for your clients. Integrating WhatsApp ■ What is the WhatsApp feature? Ecomz WhatsApp feature allows you to place WhatsApp buttons on any page of your choice such as product description, checkout, or cart page. Once customers click on that button, they will be able to reach you directly on WhatsApp where you can answer their questions or even allow them to place their order. ■ Activate WhatsApp Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Apps. Choose "WhatsApp" and press on Activate. Click on pay now. Fill out the details and click on Verify card. That was it! Now click on "Done" to finalize the process. ■ Configure WhatsApp Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Apps. Locate the "WhatsApp" feature under "active features". Once you click on it, you will be redirected to another page, enter your WhatsApp number (without 00) and choose the button text. Don't forget to press Save! ■ How it works: When your customers visit your store and click on a product that they wish to buy, the WhatsApp button will appear on the product page (see picture below). Once they click on it, they will be redirected to a new page (see picture below), to confirm the phone number and the product's name and description. They can click "send" and the message will be sent to you on your WhatsApp number. That's all when it comes to activating, integrating, and using the WhatsApp Feature on Ecomz!
