Creating Orders ■ Orders The orders page gives the merchant the chance to take orders from his customers by email or by a phone call, and create an order with those items for later redemption by the buyer. The payment method, shipping method, taxes, and all other details will be included in the order and agreed upon previously by both parties. ■ How to create an order To create an order: Navigate to your Admin Menu > Orders > All orders. Click on "Create order" (1) in the top right corner of the current page. Note: If you haven't created an order yet, another button will be displayed in the middle of the page "create orders" (2). ■ Create order page After clicking on "create order" you will be redirected to the "create order" page. On this page, start by entering the P.O # (3) and proceed to enter items to your draft order by using our provided search box (4) or by creating new items on the spot. In addition, you should assign the order to a customer. To do that, use our search box under the section titled "find or create a customer" (5) or create a new customer profile from scratch on the spot, you may also choose the desired currency. After you're done, click save draft to finalize this process. Once you're done, it should be looking something like this (see picture below): Don't forget to click Save when you're done adding items. ■ What's next? Now that your order is ready, what comes next? We've prepared a "what's next section" that you can find by scrolling down, to help you perfect your orders. "Add payment" (6), where you can choose to add a payment which is based upon what both parties agreed upon previously. Finally, you can choose "Invoice" (7) to invoice the order then send an email confirmation to your customers as a confirmation that their order has been placed and to get a confirmation in return that their order is accurate.
