How do I process manually-created orders on my ecomz store? Ecomz Technical Support November 06, 2020 21:39 Updated If you didn’t receive the order from your ecomz store, you’ll have to manually create an order. Learn how to create an order After creating your orders, learn what to process and fulfill them until you get paid. ■ Processing and fulfilling Once you've created an order and saved it as a draft, you should proceed to add a payment. While you're on your orders page (draft), scroll down until you see a section titled "what's next". Under this title, you can choose between several options, but first, you should add a payment so go ahead and click on "add payment" (see picture below). Once there, you get to choose your payment method (cash or Paytabs for example), payment status (upcoming or paid), due date, and amount. Enter the data respectively then click "update payment" (see picture below). Now you're back to your orders page, scroll until you find a section titled "payment details" under which you can see your upcoming payment with their details for each order. If you wish to edit any details, please click on the pencil symbol located next to the title (see picture below). Once you get paid, go back to the "what's next" section and click on "invoice" (see picture below) to send one to your customer. After you do that you will see two new options appearing under the same section next to "change status" which are "on hold" or "mark as complete" (see picture below). The last thing you have to do, once you've collected the payment, is to mark it as paid. To do that, click on the pencil symbol located next to "payment details", then next to the order of your choice, click "mark as paid" (see picture below) and you're done!
