Editing Email Templates and Notifications on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support October 13, 2021 19:03 Updated Learn how to access and edit the notification emails on your Ecomz store. Editing Email Templates and Notifications ■ Notifications Ecomz has prepared for its merchants several email templates, covering all of the basic notifications needed for a complete and successful e-commerce experience. ■ How to reach and edit emails Step 1: Reach email templates: Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > My store (1)> Store settings (2) > Notifications (3) Step 2: Choose and edit the email template you want Press on the Email Notification (1) you want to edit. Scroll down and press on view available variables. Add or remove variables as needed. Press on Save. Once there, you will see the email templates, with the ability to edit the texts in each email by clicking on it. For example if you click on "order received confirmation" you will be redirected to its specific page where you can edit every aspect of the email (see picture below). ■ Notification email In addition, you will find another section titled "notification email" (see picture below) in which you get to add up to 5 BCC recipients. Click on "add bcc recipients", a pop-up menu will appear in the middle of your page (see picture below) where you can add the name and the email and then click Save.
