Pausing or Cancelling your Store We'd hate to see you leave, or even stop selling, but we know you have your reasons. Learn how to pause your store for a while or cancel it with the hope that you come back stronger again! This action can only be completed manually and we will show you how. Note: - Unlike other e-commerce website builders, once you pause your store, all your integrations and apps will also be paused. This means that you will not be charged anything for those subscriptions as long as your store is offline. But pausing your store will charge you for storing the data during the pause period. - Accounts on Startup Light plan cannot be paused. To pause your online store, navigate to the Admin menu (on the left)> Settings (1)> Account (2). Once on that page, scroll down until you reach a section titled "cancel or pause your store" (3). In this section, click on "pause your store" then type in your reason and click next. Note: If you decide to pause your account, you will be charged a minor fee of $15/month to keep your data safe until you're ready to be back in business. Another pop-up will appear, where you are to manually type: "pause my store" in the respective bracket; then click "yes". ■ Unpause your online store If you wish to put your website back online at any point, you can do so by unpausing your store. To unpause your store, navigate to your Admin menu > Settings > Account. Once on that page, scroll down until you reach a section titled "cancel or pause your store". In this section, click on "unpause store" then click on "I'm sure" to finalize this process. ■ Cancel your online store If you wish to stop your online business with Ecomz, you would need to manually close your store. To cancel your store, navigate to your Admin menu > Settings > Account. Once on that page, scroll down until you reach a section titled "cancel or pause your store". In this section, click on "close my store" (see picture below). A pop up will appear, asking you to type the reason for your decision, once you write that, click on "next". Another pop-up will appear, where you are to manually type: "close my store" in the respective bracket; then click "yes". Note: This action is irreversible.
