If your downgrade request didn’t fit these conditions, our system will reject it. As a Startup, Business or Pro-store subscriber, you can downgrade to any plan, if you deactivate all features and add-ons, cancel additional stores, remove other channels and reduce storage so that your ecomz store meets the conditions of the plan you are willing to downgrade to. Downgrades are effective at the start of the next billing cycle. Please note that we do not provide credits or refunds on downgrades that are effective during the billing cycle.
