Startup lite stores are allowed 1 user and Startup stores are allowed 2. Business stores are allowed a maximum of 5 users Pro store subscribers can have a maximum of 15 users and Pro Plus (enterprise) subscribers can have an unlimited number of users. Store owners are able to invite users to their store and assign a role to each.
