Configuring Classifications on ecomz Ecomz Community Support November 12, 2020 12:33 Updated ecomz allows you to manage your products' settings by departments, brands, tags and specs. Configuring Classifications Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Products > Classifications. This is divided into 5 sections: General Manage departments Manage brands Manage tags Manage specs ■ General Under this section, you can: Edit Stock Keeping Unit SKU format (optional). Control whether to show/hide certain sections on the product page. ■ Manage departments Under this section, you can: Manage your products' settings by department. Choose the level of your product classification. Create departments, categories and sub-categories. ■ Manage Brands Under this section, you can: Add, edit, and delete brands/vendors. ■ Manage tags Under this section, you can: Add/delete tags. ■ Manage Specs Under this section, you can: Add, edit, or delete specs which consist of the following levels: Spec category Spec Name Spec Value Now that you know how to configure classification, learn how to configure collections and menus on ecomz That's all when it comes to configuring classifications on your ecomz store!
