Simply head to My Store (1) > Store settings (2) > Notifications (3). Click on the pencil Icon beside the email address you wish to delete. On the new page, Scroll to the "notification email" section, click on the trash Icon (1) of the email you wish to remove, then on the pop up click "I'm sure" (2) and save (3).
