A step by step guide teaching you how to integrate Google Optimize to your Ecomz store. Integrating Google Optimize ■ What is Google Optimize? Google Optimize, allows you to test variants of web pages and see how they perform against an objective that you specify. Optimize monitors the results of your experiment and tells you which variant is the leader. ■ How to set it up on Ecomz: Step 1: Create an account on Google Optimize Start by going to https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/optimize/ and start using Google Optimize by clicking on "Start for free" (1). Step 2: Get Started Click on "Get Started". Step 3: Choose email subscription options Choose the email subscription options that suit you. Click Next. Step 4: Choose your account settings On the upper side of the page, check the boxes related to the account settings that suit you. Choose the country where your store is based. Accept the terms of services agreement by checking all the boxes on the lower side of the page. Click Done. Step 5: Find your Container ID Click on Settings on the top right side of the screen. Find the Key under ID and copy it; you'll need it soon. Step 7: Link Google Optimize to your Ecomz store On your Ecomz store admin site, navigate to Admin Menu > My store > Store settings > Scripts. Click on "Create Script" on the top right corner of your current page (4). Once you're there, fill in the name of your integration under "script name", choose Google Optimize under "type" and paste the previously copied ID under "account number".
