Enabling Customer File Uploader on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support November 24, 2021 22:57 Updated "Customer file uploader" is a feature, offered by Ecomz, that can be found in the App Store. By activating it for 20.00 USD/Month, you can allow your customers the option to send files with their order! Enabling Customer File Uploader ■ How to activate it: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left)> Apps. Choose "Customer File Uploader" and press on Activate. Press on Pay Now. Fill out the details and press Verify card. ■ How to set up the feature: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left)> Apps. Choose "Customer file uploader" and press settings. Switch on the enable toggle button. Go to the desired product on which you want to activate the feature and check the "allow attachments" checkbox. ■ How it appears on the public site: After selecting a product, the client will be able to upload a file when placing the order by clicking on "Upload File"! The order will then be added to cart. ■ How to view the uploaded file on the admin site: Go to the Admin menu (on the left)> Orders > All orders. Press on the order number. Once redirected to the order's page, press on the note icon (3). Press on attachment to download the file your customer has attached.
