Enabling Low Stock Management on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support August 12, 2021 23:35 Updated "Low Stock Management" is a feature, offered by Ecomz, that can be found in the App Store. By activating it on your Startup lite / Startup account for 4.99 USD/Month, you can control your inventory by defining which quantities are considered as low on stock and get alerted through automated notifications. Note: This feature is available for free on Business, Pro, and Pro Plus accounts! Enabling Low Stock Management ■ How to activate it: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > App Store. Choose "Low Stock Management" and press on Activate. Click on pay now. Fill out the details and click on Verify card. ■ How to set up the feature: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Settings (1)> Products (1). Scroll down until you find "low stock management" (3) and enable it. Set up the notifications the way you want. You can edit the email notifications related to low stock management by pressing on "low stock" and "out of stock" under "email notifications". Press on Save.
