Enabling Product Questions and Reviews on ecomz Ecomz Technical Support June 30, 2021 15:58 Updated "Questions and Reviews" is a feature offered by ecomz, that can be found in the App Store. By activating it for 19.00 USD/Month, you can allow customers to post reviews and ask questions about your products. Note: This feature is available for free on Pro accounts!! Enabling Product Questions and Reviews ■ How to activate it: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > App Store. Choose "Questions and Reviews" and press on Activate. Press on Pay Now. Fill out the details and press Verify card. ■ How to set up the feature: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > My Store (1) > Settings (2). Choose Products Questions and Reviews (3) from the settings menu. Fill out the details and press Save. ■ How it appears to customers on the public site: After going to a product on the public site, your customers will have the option to post a review or a question related to it! For your customers to post a review, you may send them a review request via email! For your customers to post a question, all they need to do is to click on ask a question > fill the form > click on post a question. ■ How to view the submitted questions and reviews from your admin site: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Shopping experience then choose whether you want to view the Questions or Reviews. You can Disapprove or classify as Spam any Question or Review. You can export the reviews to view them as an excel sheet and even edit them!! Once done you can import the newly updated excel sheet! This image below shows Product Questions. This image below shows Product Reviews. ■ How to edit the review request email template sent to customers. Go to My Store (1) > Settings (2) > notifications (3) Under email templates Scroll to the end of the page and click on the pencil icon for Review Request. Uncheck the box next to "use ecomz template and keep it updated" in order to be able to edit the email's template Edit the template the way you want!!
