Adding Product Support Details on Ecomz

Using Ecomz, you'll have the ability to enable/disable the support details section on your product page!!

Adding Product Support Details

■ Description:

Enabling this section will enable you to add information regarding support such as warranties or manufacturer info on your product details page.

■ Enable the Support Details section:  

1. Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Settings (1)> Products (2)
2. Enable the toggle next to Support Details.(3)
3. Press on Save.
   

■ View the section on the product page: 

1. Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Products (1)> All products (2)
2. Choose any product or press on add product.
3. Scroll to the Additional information section. 
   • Press on edit information
   • Write the details you want under support details (3)
   • Press Save (4)
     
     

■  How it appears on the public site: 

• After choosing a product with added support details on the public site, scroll down until you find the Support. Press on it and you'll see the support details.
