Adding Product Support Details on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support November 24, 2021 22:38 Updated Using Ecomz, you'll have the ability to enable/disable the support details section on your product page!! Adding Product Support Details ■ Description: Enabling this section will enable you to add information regarding support such as warranties or manufacturer info on your product details page. ■ Enable the Support Details section: Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Settings (1)> Products (2) Enable the toggle next to Support Details.(3) Press on Save. ■ View the section on the product page: Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Products (1)> All products (2) Choose any product or press on add product. Scroll to the Additional information section. Press on edit information Write the details you want under support details (3) Press Save (4) ■ How it appears on the public site: After choosing a product with added support details on the public site, scroll down until you find the Support.
