Adding Product Support Details on ecomz Ecomz Technical Support November 12, 2020 12:41 Updated Using ecomz, you'll have the ability to enable/disable the support details section on your product page!! Adding Product Support Details ■ Description: Enabling this section will enable you to add information regarding support such as warranties or manufacturer info on your product details page. ■ Enable the Support Details section: Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Settings (1)> Products (2) Enable the toggle next to Support Details.(3) Press on Save. ■ View the section on the product page: Navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Settings (1)> Products (2) Scroll to the Additional information section. Press on edit information Write the details you want under "support details". (3) Press Save. (4) ■ How it appears on the public site: After choosing a product with added support details on the public site, scroll down until you find the Support.
