Configuring Store Redirection on ecomz Ecomz Technical Support November 12, 2020 11:18 Updated Using ecomz, you can redirect your customers to different stores based on their geographic location! Note: This feature is only available to Pro and Pro Plus Stores To benefit from this feature, you should have more than one store Make sure that automatic translation and automatic currencies are turned on! You can check these guides for more information on Selling in Multiple Currencies on ecomz and Selling in Multiple Languages on ecomz Configuring Store Redirection Navigate to the Admin Menu > My Stores. Press on "Configure store redirection". Once redirected, press on add to add a store and configure it. Fill out the details: Title: Give a title to your store. Store Grouping: Choose what group you want to add to your store. Store Name: Choose the store you want to configure. Zone(s): Choose the zone where the store is located. The same zones as the ones related to the shipping zones are applied here. Follow this guide for more information on configuring the shipping zones: Setting Shipping Zones and Shipping Rates. Show Countries: To show the countries in a zone if multiple countries are included. Show Popup: Users can either choose their preferred store or continue using the one they're currently on. Store Selector: Auto Redirect: If toggled on, the user will be redirected to the store linked to the zone they're in automatically.
