Completing an Order with an Integrated Shipping Provider Ecomz Technical Support November 15, 2020 13:38 Updated After integrating a shipping provider to your ecomz store, there are some easy-to-follow steps in order to complete your order. Learn more about order status and order payment details on ecomz ■ Completing an order: Once an order is placed, navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Orders. Choose the order you want to process. After adding the shipment and payment methods, if not already added, press on invoice. Check the box if you want to set the upcoming payment as paid and press Okay. Scroll down again and press on Ship now. Once redirected press on close package. Scroll down and press on confirm. A pop-up will appear. Choose Ship Now to complete the shipment or Schedule a pick up later on.If you choose to Schedule a pickup, you'll have the following options available to fill. Just make sure to follow the guidelines. Press on Shipping on the Admin Menu, then press on Ship > Press on close next to the desired order. Choose the settings that suit you and press on Proceed.
