Shipping Orders on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support October 13, 2021 21:35 Updated After integrating a shipping provider to your Ecomz store, there are some easy-to-follow steps in order to complete your order. Learn more about order status and order payment details on Ecomz! ■ Completing an order: Once an order is placed, navigate to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Orders > All orders. Choose the order you want to process. After adding the shipment and payment methods, if not already added, press on Invoice. Check the box if you want to set the upcoming payment as paid and press Okay. Scroll down again and press on Ship now. Once redirected press on close package. Scroll down and press on confirm. A pop-up will appear. Choose Ship Now to complete the shipment or Schedule a pick up later on.If you choose to Schedule a pickup, you'll have the following options available to fill. Just make sure to follow the guidelines. You can choose to print a document related to the order by pressing on Select an option next to Select document to print. You'll be able to print: Shipping Label Commercial Invoice Shipping invoice Packing Slip Packing Slip per shipment To complete further action related to the shipment, navigate to Shipping > Shipment where you'll be able to request a pickup or cancel the shipment. To Request a Pickup, simply press on Request Pickup next to the order you desire. Then press on proceed. This will close the session and the shipment details will be sent automatically to the shipping provider. Note: To send shipment confirmation emails, make sure the option is ticked. To cancel a shipment, simply press on the order you desire, and press on cancel shipment. You can cancel multiple shipments for the same session by choosing them all > Pressing on Bulk Action > Canceling Shipments. ■ How Different Shippers Are Notified: Since Ecomz works with multiple shippers, minor changes in the shipping process occur. This is the case of how different shippers are notified to pick up orders. Shippers like DHL, Aramex and Skynet are automatically notified when you do the following: On the Order's page, under the what's next section, click on Ship Now Close and Confirm packages Choose to Ship Now or Schedule a pickup. On the other hand, shippers like Wakilni and LibanPost require in addition to the steps above, one more step which is as following: Go to Shipping > Shipments then click on Request pick up and proceed with the shipment. Note: Although not required, it is still highly advised to Request pick up for orders shipped through DHL, Aramex and SkyNet in order to close the shipping session and send an automatically-generated tracking number to the customer.
