Guidelines to Schedule a pick up on ecomz Ecomz Technical Support November 09, 2020 17:21 Updated Scheduling a pickup for an order on ecomz is pretty simple, following those guidelines will ensure that it's done the right way!! To schedule a pick, you'll need to have an integrated shipping provider. The ready time should be at least 30 minutes away from the time of processing the order. The last pickup time should be greater than or equal to the ready time. The cut-off time should be greater than or equal to the ready time. Opening a second session on the same day is not possible. Once a session is created, trying to schedule another pick-up will automatically add the order to the open session. In case you are scheduling a shipment and the time is already past 2:00 PM, it is recommended that you schedule the shipment on the next day. Below is an example of a shipping session related to an order that was being processed at 1:00 PM.
