Editing Invoice Header on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support October 20, 2021 10:58 Updated You can choose to edit various details on the invoice header for your Ecomz store. To edit the details, please follow the below steps: ■ Company name: Customer account invoice: Settings > Account > Edit merchant details > Personal Information > First name or Company name. To view the customer account invoice, the customer should go to the Public Site > Click on Profile > View Orders > Choose the order number Invoice sent by email: My Store > Store settings > General > Store name (This will also reflect in the sender name). Settings > Account > Edit merchant details > Personal Information > Invoicing company (This will only show on the invoice, while the sender remains as specified in the store name). Email header: Sales channel > Store settings > General > Store name. ■ Email: Customer account invoice: Settings > Account > Edit merchant details > Personal Information > Swap email address. Invoice sent by email: Settings > Account > Edit merchant details > Personal Information > Swap email address. Email header: Settings > Account > Edit merchant details > Personal Information > Swap email address. Note: This change takes a few hours to show on the customer account, however, it shows immediately on the invoice and email. This will also change the email address from which the notifications are sent to customers. ■ Store location: Customer account invoice: Settings > Account> Edit merchant details> Address book > Edit Billing Address. Invoice sent by email: If store location is off: Settings > Account> Edit merchant details> Address book > Edit Billing Address. If store location is on: My Store > Store settings > General > Store location.
