Processing Cancel/Return Requests on ecomz Ecomz Technical Support December 15, 2020 22:46 Updated After activating the "Cancel/Return Request" Feature on your ecomz store, your customers can now submit cancel/return requests. Learn how to process and deal with a Cancel/Return request on your ecomz store. Processing Cancel/Return Requests ■View and select a cancel/return request Step 1: Select an order Navigate to the Admin menu (on the left) > Orders (1) > Cancel and return requests (2). Click on the number of the order (3) you want to view and/or process its cancel/return request. Step 2: Choose what to do with the order Choose whether you want to Review & accept the return request or Decline it. Option 1: Review & Accept a Cancel / Return Request Choose whether you want to refund as credit notes and send a confirmation email or not. Click on Return Items. Option 2: Decline a Cancel / Return Request Add the reason for declining the request and click on Decline.. That's all when it comes to processing a cancel/return request on your ecomz store!!
