Configuring Order Quantity Limiter on Ecomz Ecomz Technical Support October 07, 2021 20:10 Updated After activating the "Quantity Order Limiter" feature, you can now easily set minimum and maximum order quantity limits on your products on Ecomz. Configuring the Order Quantity Limiter ■ Configure the Order Quantity Limiter: To configure it on the admin site: Go to the Admin Menu > Settings > Products > Order Quantity Limiter. Once on the page, click on the "Enable" toggle under Configuration. ■ General Settings Show quantity limits In this section of the settings, select whether to show quantity limits as part of the product description. If you wish to show the quantity limits on the product level, make sure to tick the box next to "Product details page", or tick the box next to "Cart page" if you wish to show it there. You can always choose to show it on both the product details and cart page. Quantity time limit Set the time period for which customers will be banned from ordering this product after having ordered the maximum quantity. When a client orders the maximum amount, they won't be able to purchase the product again until the time set is exceeded. Messages Manage alert messages that will be displayed for your customers. If changed, press the reset button to go back to the default format. You'll be able to change the text of the messages that show on the Product details page and Cart page easily from here. ■ Setting the limits on products Navigate to the Admin Site > Products > Inventory and choose a product Tick the box next to set order quantity limits, and set the limits as desired. Note that you can either fill the Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity, or Both! If only the minimum quantity is filled, the customer won't be able to complete a purchase with a quantity less than the one you've set. If only the maximum quantity is filled, the customer won't be able to complete a purchase with a quantity more than the one you've set. If both fields were filled, the customer won't be able to complete a purchase with a quantity less or more than the ones you've set.
