You guessed right! It's the Facebook Messenger chat plugin! 😃 ■ What is Facebook Messenger Chat Plugin? The Facebook Messenger chat plugin allows you to integrate the personalized rich features of Messenger directly into your Ecomz store allowing your customers to interact with your business at the same way they interact on your Facebook and Instagram Pages! Integrating Facebook Messenger Head to https://business.facebook.com. Note: Make sure you are logged in to a Facebook account that is either an owner or admin on the Facebook Business Manager of your store page. On the left menu, click on Inbox. Click on Chat plugin. Now, we need to set up the chat plugin from Facebook! To do so start by clicking on Set up. Choose your desired language (1) then click on Save & Continue (2). Add your Ecomz store domain (1) then click on Save & Continue (2). Note: Your Ecomz store domain is the link to your Ecomz store public site. Click on Copy Code (1) then Next (2). Now, we will add the code to our Ecomz store! Make sure to keep the Facebook tab open & open a new tab to go to your Ecomz admin site. Head to My Store (1)> Themes (2) > Customize theme(3). Click on homepage layout. Click on add section. Choose Custom (1) then click on add (2). Clear the section title (1) then click on the code view icon (2) and paste the code (3). After pasting the code click on the code view icon (2) again. The text-box will appear empty, but don't worry it's not. You're doing it right! 😄. Proceed with clicking on Save changes. After adding the code on our Ecomz store, we will now finalize the setup. To do so, go back to the Facebook tab and click on Finish. Click on Done.
