Configuring Marketplace Sellers on Ecomz Permanently deleted user October 12, 2021 21:06 Updated After configuring your store's marketplace settings, it's time to bring your sellers together for an awesome selling experience on Ecomz. Check out the simple steps below to learn how to start adding & configuring sellers on your marketplace 😉 ■ Add a seller: From the Admin Menu (on the left), click on Sellers To create a new seller, click on Create Seller Fill in the required information about the seller’s store name, email & phone number.Below is a sample: ■ Configure your seller's settings: Store owner: Once the seller profile is created, you may proceed with filling the rest of the store owner's details. Store settings: Configure the seller's store settings by filling in the required information. Store status: If set to offline, the store’s products will not appear on your marketplace public site. Order fulfillment: Choose whether the orders are fulfilled by your marketplace or the seller. Shipping settings: You’ll have the option to stick to the default packaging types for shipping or turn off the default values from settings option to choose the desired packaging type. Printing options: You can choose to go for the default printing options, or turn off the default values from settings option to customize your own printing options for this seller. Warehouse: Fill in the necessary information about the seller’s warehouse. Customs declaration: Fill in these details for exports and imports to and from a different country. Billing address: Fill in the seller's billing details by clicking on edit billing address. Proceed with filling the seller's billing address as accurately as possible.
