With Ecomz multiple warehouse feature, you can choose to ship your products from multiple warehouses and save on the shipping costs and hassle. Check out the simple steps below to learn how to configure Multiple Warehouses on your Ecomz store: Go to the Admin Menu (on the left) > Settings (1) > Shipping (2) Under warehouses, click on Manage Warehouses (3) ■ Add Warehouse: Once you reach the Manage Warehouses page, you can start adding a new warehouse by clicking on Add Warehouse. Fill in the needed information about your new warehouse then click on Save ■ Manage Warehouses Edit Warehouse: Under Manage Warehouses, click on the name of the warehouse you wish to edit. Edit the information you desire then click on Save. Delete Warehouse: On the same page, you can also delete your warehouse by clicking on the Delete Warehouse button. If this warehouse has items or unfulfilled orders, upon clicking on Delete Warehouse, you will have two options: Delete All items in this warehouse then click on Delete. Choose another existing warehouse to inherit these products and orders then click on Delete. Note: This action is irreversible Assign Default Warehouse: On the Manage Warehouses page, you can choose a warehouse to set as default.This warehouse will be assigned by default to your newly added products. Note: Your default warehouse cannot be deleted. If you wish to delete it, you need to set another warehouse as your default warehouse. ■ Set Up Shipping from Multiple Warehouses: From the Manage Warehouses page, click on Assign warehouses to shipping zones. If you don't have an existing shipping zone, learn how to create one!If you have an existing zone you wish to manage its warehouses, click on the three dots then on Edit Zone Under warehouses, click on Select Warehouses. Select the warehouse(s) you wish to assign to this zone then click on Select. Click on Save. ⭐Tip: You can drag and drop the selected warehouses to order them in order of priority. You can override the priority set by prioritizing warehouses that can fulfill the whole order (to avoid splitting orders across different warehouses) and/or localized warehouses (warehouses located in a customer's country). ■ Assign Multiple Warehouses For A Product: Click on Products (1) > Products (2) then Choose the product (3) for which you want to manage warehouses. Scroll down to the variants section, and click on the variant you wish to edit. Under inventory, click on Manage warehouses. Choose the warehouses you desire then click on Select.
