Why aren't all my products synced to Facebook Shop? Ecomz Help Desk August 30, 2021 19:28 Updated Facebook has some strict requirements and standards to maintain an authentic and safe environment for enjoyable shopping. Each product and change made undergoes review by Facebook and is live once approved. However, there are some standards that prevent your products from syncing from your Ecomz store. Make sure your products meet them! Some of the most common specifications that must be met are: Products title must NOT be fully in uppercase (ALL CAPS).Example: Rejected: "PINK NAIL POLISH". Accepted: "Pink Nail Polish". - The maximum title length is 150 characters. A title less than 65 characters is recommended.- Don't include extra unnecessary keywords.
