Setting Up Facebook Shop on Ecomz

Facebook Shop is a great way to take your business to the next level and have your products on your Ecomz store reach a larger audience!

Before you start, take a moment to learn more about Facebook Business Manager!

Here are the steps to apply for a Facebook Shop through the Facebook Commerce Manager:

1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/commerce/
2. Login with your Facebook Business account.
   

   Note: Make sure you log in with the business owner account, or with an account that has admin access to the Facebook business account.

3. Click on the dropdown menu (1) then select the business account needed to create your shop (2).
   
4. Click on Add Shop
5. Choose Facebook then click Next
6. Choose the checkout method you desire. We recommend choosing the first option since that allows you to manage orders on your Ecomz admin site. Proceed with clicking Next.
7. Choose an existing Facebook page or Create a New Page. Proceed with clicking Next.
8. If requested, enter your business email address then click Submit.
   
9. Choose an existing catalogue for your products or choose Create new catalogue. Proceed with clicking Next.
10. Choose the countries/regions you deliver to. Note that Facebook Shop is not be available in all countries. Proceed with clicking Next.
11. Tick the button to agree to Facebook's Seller Agreement then click on Finish Setup.

Your Facebook Shop will now undergo review by Facebook. Please be informed that this might take up to 4 weeks for your Shop to be approved and live.

Once your Facebook Shop is approved, you may link it to your Ecomz store so your products and changes are automatically synced to your shops!
